Having a wonderful, relaxing time at this beautiful retreat. I am so blessed by this experience and inspired for the new year by my stunning surroundings!
An early morning walk starts the day.
The sun hitting the red rocks of the Sedona canyon we are nestled in.
My new kicks! Loving color and what a great way to start the new year- happy and colorful gear to further motivate me to stay physically fit!
Of course a green shake, caffeine free tea and a huge glass of water is my beginning here at the spa, but also at home everyday (minus the red rock background though!)
